Monday Inspirations: Lemonade.

Yet again, I'm late on a post by a day. Work was super hectic yesterday & I stayed a little later than normal. Of course I knocked out right after work for a quick nap & for the rest of the night I didn't feel like doing anything, but watch movies to bring on the nostalgia.

So for this week's Monday Inspirations I decided to feature lemonade! An old summer favorite & usually my preferred drink. I've always loved lemonade especially strawberry lemonade, but I've never actually tried to make it from scratch. So this week I'm going to try it!








I love the idea of putting them into jars since making lemonade in a pitcher just doesn't seem to last long enough. Luckily, my friend's got a few lemon trees in her backyard & every summer she gives me bags full of lemons. Strawberries are also in season & I've been wanting to go strawberry picking in the Carlsbad strawberry fields. If you happen to be in San Diego during spring or summer YOU MUST go to Carlsbad to try those strawberries for yourself because they're delicious & the biggest you'll ever see. There's also a beautiful flower field nearby that's absolutely gorgeous & of course there's Legoland such a cute place!
